We start with moving furniture, if requested. We’ll then pressure wash the entire deck and apply mildew cleaners if needed. 

The next day, once the water has dried out, we will prep by covering the patio, and any plants/decorations if needed. We’ll then do any sanding, wood filler, or rot replacement. 

After everything is prepped, we will start the application process. We will use brushes and rollers to apply the coating. Once finished, we will clean up, and return to put furniture back in place the next day.

Yes, we can apply a sealer if requested. However, most of our oil based products will have sealer in the coating. If your situation, area, or climate calls for it, an additional seal coat will be offered at the estimate.
For decks that are uncoated or stripped, our favorite transparent stain to use is an oil based stain PPG called ProLuxe. It penetrates deep into the wood and will never peel or flake! For a solid (paint-like) coating, our favorite to use is Sherwin Williams Deck & Dock coating. It’s extremely thick and durable, great for high traffic and low maintenance.

This will depend on how many boards need to be replaced. On most homes where there are 5 or less rotted boards, the cost will be between $300-$700 for labor and materials. 

If your home’s condition is worse, and you need 15-25 board replacements, the cost will be between $2-$4k. If your siding is beyond repair, you may need an entire wall or entire home resided, which can cost upwards of $15-$30k.

A deck staining job takes anywhere from 2-5 days depending on the size of your deck and the amount of prep work. As professionals, we prefer to take a bit longer, spending time on every detail to make sure your deck comes out flawless.
To have a professional stain your deck, it can cost anywhere from as low as $1,500 to upwards of $5,500 for some of the larger decks. This will all depend on the amount of prep work and the size/complexity of the deck, so for a detailed price, please get in touch with us!
We can handle replacing most boards that are not structural. For example: wood Siding, trim, or fascia door frames.
