How Can We Help?
Hi, I’m Jefferson, owner of Roll Call Painting. We know that letting someone into your home or business is a big deal, and we don’t take that lightly. Whether you’re planning to repaint a few rooms, refresh the outside of your home, or schedule work for your commercial space, we’re here to make it clear, simple, and stress-free.
Below you’ll find answers to the questions we hear most often. And if you don’t see what you’re looking for (or just want to talk it out), reach out. We’re always happy to help you think through what’s next.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to paint a house or kitchen cabinets?
For a full interior repaint, most projects take about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size and scope.
If we’re just painting your kitchen cabinets, expect about 3 to 5 days, which includes proper prep, priming, and a strong factory-like finish.
What kind of paint do you use?
We use Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, and specialty coatings like Renner (for cabinets) and RomaBio (for brick).
These aren’t the cheapest products; they’re the ones we trust for durability, clean application, and lasting color. We’re also the only local contractor certified to use RomaBio.
Do I have to move all my furniture before you paint?
Not at all. We’ll move what needs to be moved, cover your furniture in plastic, and protect your floors.
You don’t need to do much, just take down valuables and anything fragile. We’ll take care of the rest.
Why should I choose you as my painter?
Because you deserve to feel taken care of from start to finish. With Roll Call, your schedule matters. Your home is respected. And your voice is heard. From careful prep to thoughtful communication, everything is built around giving you a smoother, safer, more stress-free experience.
The crew shows up on time, keeps things clean, and works with real attention to detail, not just speed. You get premium paints, durable finishes, and results you’re proud to show off.
Most of all, you get peace of mind knowing the job will be done right, and done with passion by someone who believes you deserve the best.
What’s involved in exterior prep before painting?
Prep work is what makes a paint job last, and we don’t skip it. Before we ever pick up a sprayer or brush, we’ll clean the surface, remove peeling paint, scrape and sand where needed, caulk gaps, and prime any problem areas.
Once that’s done, we apply the paint in multiple coats and finish with touch-ups to ensure full coverage and clean lines. You’ll end up with a house that not only looks better but is better protected from the elements.
Can I get a discount if I paint the inside and outside at the same time?
Yes, absolutely. We offer bundle discounts for interior + exterior projects.
If you’re ready to move forward quickly, our Brand Ambassador Program is another great way to save, many homeowners use it to get 10–20% off. Learn more here.
Can you work evenings or weekends?
How do you make sure my kitchen cabinets won’t peel or chip?
Cabinet painting is one of our specialties, and we take it seriously. Every project starts with degreasing and surface prep, followed by light sanding and bonding primer.
We then spray on a high-performance coating designed specifically for cabinetry, usually Renner, for a smooth, durable finish. This isn’t a quick DIY job. It’s a multi-step process that results in a cabinet finish that feels like it came straight from the factory.
Can you help with drywall or trim repairs?
Yes, we can. If your walls have minor dents, nail holes, or stress cracks, we’ll fix them before we paint. We can also replace damaged baseboards or trim as part of the project.
The goal is always the same: to make the final result look clean, seamless, and finished, not just painted over.
What is the Brand Ambassador Program, and how does it work?
Instead of spending thousands on advertising, we use that budget to give discounts to clients who are willing to help us grow through word of mouth. If you join the Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to a few simple things, like letting us use your before-and-after photos or leaving a review, and in return, we give you a meaningful discount.
The more involved you’re comfortable being, the more you save. There are three levels, and most people choose one based on what feels right to them. It’s a win-win: you save money, and we get to show real results instead of running paid ads. Spots are limited each month, so if you’re interested, check it out here.
